30 years SWR3 New Pop !
The SWR3 New Pop Festival in Baden-Baden has always been the perfect way to kick off the fall! From September 18 to 21, 2025, Baden-Baden will once again become a stage, this year for 30 years of SWR3 New Pop. The best: our 1733 Foodtrailer is part of it!
From exclusive live performances by young talents to spectacular parties and an entire city celebrating together: The SWR3 New Pop Festival will once again delight music fans from all over Germany in 2025.
How time flies! For the 30th time, the organizers are inviting you to the sound highlight and are going one better: for the first time, the festival will be extended by an additional Sunday, on which all highlights will remain open to visitors.

The 1733 food trailer is a real newcomer and fits in perfectly with the legendary SWR 3 New Pop.
It is a huge honor for Joachim Altvater and his team to be part of the 30th anniversary festival of SWR3 New Pop.
With a delicious signature dish from the Levante kitchen, he will ensure that festival visitors can dance the night away.
SWR 3 NEW POP – Baden-Baden celebrates the legend
Baden-Baden eagerly awaits the New Pop Festival all year round. Many well-known music greats such as Katie Melua or Cat Burns were introduced here as newcomers to pop music and began a stellar career. Every year, one of the biggest radio stations proves to have an excellent instinct.
The short concerts take place in the theater, Kurhaus and Festspielhaus. There is a shuttle to the Festspielhaus. To ensure that everyone can take part in the festival, the concerts are broadcast on large screens in the Kurpark and on the Fieser Brücke.

Festival Room – Hotel am Sophienpark Dependance
In keeping with the color of the SWR3 New Pop Festival, we recommend our Superior or Deluxe rooms in the new annexe. Or a Queen under the romantic gabled roof?
Stylish and comfortable. Here you’ll find lots of great extras to make your stay really comfortable. A rain shower with fragrant shower gel in the morning, a coffee machine as a pick-me-up, a well-stocked minibar and, above all, a super-comfortable bed.
If you want to live completely self-sufficiently, you can book a fully equipped kitchenette in the large rooms.
The Dependance is so centrally located in Baden-Baden that the most important New Pop locations are just a few steps away. So you can always take a little siesta in your hotel room in between.
