Since 1994, the team around Vanessa Dierauf has been providing culinary highlights to make your event in Baden-Baden special. In the Kongresshaus kitchen, only market fresh ingredients are used for cooking, sauces are prepared by the chef himself, and everything from finger food to fine dining buffets is presented with great dedication.

Major events such as the Fallstaff Wine & Gourmet Festival, the Orthopedists’ Congress, the German Wellness Days, Wedding Fair or Medical Week are held annually at the Baden-Baden Congress Center. In summary, this means 122 congresses a year with consistently refreshing quality.

From 1.01.2024, the original VAT rate of 19% for restaurant and catering services will apply again. We ask for your understanding that our prices and offers will have to be adjusted for 2024.
